This policy explains how Sandbox Studios - FZCO (“Sandbox Studios”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with this website. The short version: this site doesn’t track you, doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t ask for any personal information.

Our products have their own policies

This policy covers this studio website only. Each product we build or have built, such as Nichely, Machined and Memory Mesh, runs on its own website under its own privacy policy and terms. If you use one of our products, that product’s policy explains what data it collects and how it is used. Some products may be operated by a different company, for example after an acquisition.

What we collect

We don’t collect personal information through this website. There are no accounts, forms, newsletters, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no third-party embeds that track you.

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. We use this only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry.

Cookies and local storage

This website doesn’t set cookies. If you use the light and dark theme switch, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. It never leaves your device, isn’t used to identify you, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Hosting

Like any website, this site is served by a hosting provider. When your browser requests a page, the provider’s servers automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. These logs are handled by the provider under its own privacy terms and kept for a limited time. We don’t use them to identify or profile visitors.

Sharing

We don’t sell, rent or trade personal information. We only share it where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless we are required to keep them by law.

Links to other websites

This site links to our products, social media profiles and other websites. We aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies when you visit them.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. As the only information we are likely to hold is correspondence you sent us, just email us and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
