Beautifully functional.
Building software used to mean big teams, long timelines and manual work. Speed and craft used to be a trade-off. Ship fast and it looked rough; polish it and you shipped late. In 2022, we saw the first signs of a shift. More capable models would become more capable tools, giving small teams the reach to compete with much larger companies. We started Sandbox Studios around that idea.
Today, agents help us build and run products with a team that would once have seemed too small. That changes where the effort goes. Less coordination, shorter development cycles, more time on the product itself. Speed matters. So does how it looks, feels and works. We built the studio to give both the attention they deserve.

Agents help run the studio, too. We delegate repeatable work and stay close to the decisions. A small team, with less time spent on admin.
